Central Florida Amateur Softball Association Scholarship (F623)




The Central Florida Amateur Softball Association Scholarship is currently seeking a student who has completed community service with the Metro Orlando ASA. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Submit a complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
• Have a Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Must be a Full-Time Student.
• Must be resident of Orange, Osceola or Seminole County.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition.

Applications are now being accepted for CREW Scholarships!
CREW Scholarship requirements are listed below:

• Submit a complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
• Full Time or Part Time Students may apply by July 15.
• Continuing Education, Certifications, and Credit Class students are eligible.
• Participation in accounting, architecture, business administration, construction, engineering, law, real estate, PACE Center, or Women in Transition are preferred but not required.
• Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.

The Commercial Real Estate Women Scholarship may be renewable each semester and may be taken with a student to UCF with approved application. Student amount will vary based on the student's demonstrated financial need






Community Action Mel Martinez Headstart Scholarship




The Community Action Mel Martinez Headstart Scholarship is seeking applicants who participated in the Orange County Head Start Program. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Submit a complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
• Have a 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 Scale.
• Have a minimum 50 hours of community service documented for the year of application.
• Be a graduate of any Orange County High School OR have graduated with a GED in the past 5 years.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition and books.






Eccleston Callahan Memorial Scholarship (F402)



Eccleston Callahan Memorial Scholarship (F402)

The Eccleston Callahan Memorial Scholarship is currently seeking students for their scholarship. There is a preference for student's under 21. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Submit a complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
• Demonstrate Financial Need.
• Must be enrolled Full-time.
• Must be mentally or physically handicapped.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition.






Jack Jennings Scholarship (F573)




The Jack Jennings Scholarship is currently seeking a student enrolled in a construction technology or related career field. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Have a 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 Scale.
• Be currently working or intend to work in construction technology or related career field.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition and books.






Judge G. Kendall Sharp /Boy Scouts of America /Central Florida Council Scholarship (F584)




The Judge G. Kendall Sharp /Boy Scouts of America /Central Florida Council Scholarship is currently seeking a student who is a registered scout in Central Florida Council ( Orange, Osceola, Volusia, and Flagler Counties). They must have attained a Star, Life, or Eagle rank. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Submit a complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
• Have a Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Must start or take classes on East Campus.
• Be enrolled Full-Time.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition.






Legal Eagles Pathway Scholarship




The Legal Eagles Pathway Scholarship is in search of deserving applicants for their dynamic scholarship. They are looking for phenomenal students who are currently majoring in Paralegal, Pre-Law or Criminal Law Programs. If students plan on attending Barry School of Law, they may be eligible for a stipend! All applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Submit a complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
• Demonstrate Financial Need.
• Must be Enrolled Full-Time or Part-Time.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition, books and fees.






Mercury Marine Scholarship (F470)




The Mercury Marine Scholarship is seeking an applicant who is the son, daughter, current spouse of a Mercury Marine employee or of a former employee of Mercury Marine who had contributed to the scholarship fund. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Submit a complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
• Demonstrate Financial Need.
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition and books.






Orlando Amateur Golf Classic Scholarship (F408)




The Orlando Amateur Gold Classic Scholarship is currently seeking a student enrolled in nursing and allied health, building construction technology, hospitality management, business technology and administration, legal assisting, criminal justice, computer technology or engineering technology. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Submit a complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
• Demonstrate Financial Need.
• Have a Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Be a qualified minority student.
• Physically Disabled.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition.






Orlando Chapter IAAP Memorial Scholarship (F465)




The Orlando Chapter IAAP Scholarship is seeking applicants who are enrolled in the Information technology Program. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Be enrolled Part-time or Full-time (6 credit minimum).
• 3.0 GPA based on a 4.0 Scale.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition, books and fees.






Rio Hondo Hospitality Scholarship




The M. Overstreet Hospitality Scholarship is currently seeking a student enrolled in one of Valencia's Hospitality & Tourism Institute programs. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Submit a complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
• Have a Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated involvement in hospitality industry through work and/or industry activities.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition.






Society For Information Management (SIM) Central Florida Scholarship




The Society for Information Management Central Florida Scholarship are pleased to announce they are seeking deserving student(s) for their scholarship award of $1500. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Submit a complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
• Demonstrate Financial Need.
• Specific Course of Study Information Management/Technology or related discipline.
• Have a Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Be enrolled Full-time or Part-time.

The University of Memphis Alumni Association Scholarship




The University of Memphis Alumni Association announces the availaibility of three $4,000 Alumni Scholarships for first time freshmen entering the University of Memphis in the Fall 2010 semester. To be eligible applicants must meet these requirements:

• 1st time freshman entering UoM
• One family member must be a dues paying member.
• Student must maintain 2.5 GPA for frist two semsters and 3.0 or higher each subsequent semester.


The deadline to apply is November 1, 2009 for Spring.






The University of Memphis Dean's Scholarship




The Anna Fertic Foundation Scholarship is seeking applicants who have a family member that must have resided in Central Florida for at least 35 years. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Submit a complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
• Have a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 Scale.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition and books.






Universal Orlando Foundation College Scholarship




The Universal Orlando Foundation College Scholarship is seeking an applicants who re graduating high school seniors from Dr. Phillips High School, Olympia High School, West Orange High School, Jones High School or Evans High School. Students eligible for the program must complete a Valencia Foundation scholarship application and be accepted to Valencia Community College. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Have a minimum overall GPA of 2.0 while attending Valencia.
• Must take classes with the goal of receiving their AA for Valencia Community College.
• Once receiving their AA degree from Valencia Community College, should the applicant enroll and be accepted to the UCF Rosen School of Hospitality the applicant will be eligible for additional two years of scholarship awards.
• A transcript must be submitted with the application for review.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition, books, fees and materials.






Viola and George McLoughlin Gift Annuity (F657)




This award was created for non-traditional or disadvantaged students, especially those who might not qualify for other programs. Examples include but are not limited to: victims of domestic and/or sexual abuse, recovering substance abusers, homeless, those undergoing career change, single parents, victims of tragic circumstances, juvenile offenders, and those seeking re-entry to the community following incarceration. There is NO minimum GPA requirement for this award.

This scholarship award amount varies but is renewable upon completion of one successful semester at Valencia.

The scholarship will pay toward tuition and books.






William (Bill) McKelvy Expressway Authority Engineering and Engineering Technology Scholarship (F484)




The William (Bill) McKelvy Expressway Authority Engineering and Engineering Technology Scholarship is currently seeking a student enrolled in an engineering technology program or in pre-engineering intending to transfer for an engineering baccalaureate degree. Applicants must also meet these additional requirements:

• Submit a complete FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
• Demonstrate Financial Need.
• Have a Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Be a qualified minority student.
• Orange County residents have first priority, Seminole County residents have second priority, and all other Florida counties have third priority.

Scholarship recipient must attend a regular meeting of the Orlando/Orange. County Expressway Authority to be recognized for their selection. Recipient is responsible for scheduling a meeting date.
